Jose Banana
Jose Banana was originally tied for the rivers Hofsá and Selá, but has proven to be an extremely effective salmon fly. The name comes from Jóhannes Kristinsson, one of the main leaseholders of the Streng beats at the time, who was commonly known as “Jói Banani” due to his connection with Banana hf.
